1- Aging

2- Stress and lack of sleep

The exposure of women to extreme fatigue continuously makes the adrenal gland stimulated to produce hormones responsible for the formation of body fat, especially the abdominal area, the most important of which are the hormones adrenaline and cortisol.

Reducing sleep hours and not getting enough time from sleep also makes some hormonal changes that cause weight gain. Feelings of insomnia and lack of sleep reduce lipatin levels, increasing levels of the hormone ghrelin that causes weight gain.

3- Malnutrition


A woman's lack of intake of foods rich in dietary fiber causes the accumulation of fat around the abdomen. This is with the lack of intake of foods that contain a high content of vitamins and are responsible for burning fat and eating some harmful foods that lead to weight gain, the most important of which are fatty foods, and meals rich in sugars. This is in addition to eating soft drinks, fried foods, processed foods and sweets in abundance.

Treatment of the problem of accumulation of fat in the abdominal area
1- Exercise
Sports help burn accumulated fat effectively and also raise the basal metabolic rate that helps burn more calories. So do not forget about the exercises and sports movements of tightening the sagging abdomen and getting rid of the fat accumulated around the abdomen.

2- Drink hot water
Drinking hot water on a daily basis for two full months helps dissolve the fat accumulated around the abdomen. Hot water helps remove high calories. So take a glass of hot water daily immediately after waking up from sleep, and be sure to add lemon juice to it so that it helps speed up the burning process.

3- Eat vegetables and fruits

In order to get rid of the problem of fat accumulation around the abdominal area, you should eat more vegetables and fruits on a daily basis. Vegetables and fruits help to slim down and lose excess weight accumulated in the abdominal area, due to their high content of vitamins and minerals to improve the burning process. Fruits and vegetables rich in dietary fiber contribute to the elimination of fats, toxins and sagging in the body.
